Miers Group supplies a range of construction products and aims to be a single source connection for supplies, products and technology. With a head office in Cambridgeshire and depots across the UK, they offer their services nationwide.

The History

We had been working with Miers Construction Products for some time supplying them with around 50 SIM only contracts. Following the success of this, and with a now established working relationship, another part of the Group LIA Miers moved over to Zusi taking the number of SIM only phones to around 100.

Shortly after this, another business joined who required a new VoIP system to bring their communications system right up to date and in line with new advancements in technology. VoIP systems provide complete scalability and have a wealth of other benefits including low call costs and deployment wherever employees are located.

What We Did

We successfully installed the new VoIP system with no issues or downtime. From quotation to project finish, the transfer was smooth and seamless, business disruption was kept to an absolute minimum and everyone was soon able to familiarise themselves with the new phone system.

The Result

The VoIP system has been very smooth running and where any issues have occurred that are out of Zusi’s control, the team have been quick to act and work with third parties to bring them to a swift resolution. The operational support team are always on hand should assistance be required.

From the initial 50 SIM only contracts to now supplying over 100 plus the installation of a VoIP system, we’re thrilled to have built on the success we’ve achieved with Miers Group and for them to benefit from having their total communications solution from just one supplier – Zusi.
