Asked Mark at Zusi to come up with a phone package to suit my business and he went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions and very professional. The process of switching contracts was made simple by Mark and Hollie, and now I am saving money each month with an even better deal. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends 100%.
I recently moved over to Zusi as our mobile providers from Plan.com. The sales team were great, not too pushy. We moved network from O2 to EE, the transition was not smooth sailing as we had a few hiccups, but it was dealt with quickly and professionally by Hollie, therefore what more can you ask for. One month in, so far so good.
Great Company. Very easy to deal with. We run a business, so we needed a reliable company to provide phone & broadband services, which Zusi does not disappoint. Internet speed is great, and the phones are much cheaper as they work through the internet. Great customer service, Zusi keep doing what you’re doing!
Dealt with Zusi to change our gas & electricity provider at a rental property, saved us money, service was brilliant and they made the change over so easy for us. Will keep in mind for when other properties are due....
