Business Development Manager (North)

With plenty of Business Development experience, specialising in IT solutions for schools and the NHS, Zeena works with new prospects in the North of the UK to create new opportunities and generate business across our Telecoms, IT, Business Mobiles and Energy solutions. She builds new relationships so prospects become established customers, while effectively communicating everything that we can do to transform businesses and organisations.

With over 10 years’ experience in various sectors, Tom focuses on driving growth for the company by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the South East.  Connecting with a wide range of clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored telecom solutions that genuinely add value are integral elements of Tom’s role.

Internal Sales Lead

With over 20 years’ experience in consulting businesses on Unified Communications, improving cost efficiencies and bringing their technology up to date and with 8 years working at Vodafone and Sky, Radley heads up our internal sales team.

 

His experience across every aspect of Sales has taught him that great client relationships are of paramount importance and Radley works to continuously build these and deliver excellent customer service.

Michael Jordan
Sales Support

As a key member of our customer support team with plenty of experience in the telecoms industry, Michael supports our customers with any issues they’re experiencing.

 

He goes the extra mile in resolving issues with third party providers to get systems working exactly as they should be.  Michael works to ensure customer expectations are not only met, but they are exceeded.

Hollie Taylor
Sales Support

As the first port of call for all incoming enquiries, calls and service emails, Hollie oversees the onboarding of all new customers while managing current customer requests and requirements.

 

She also deals with new mobile connections, additions like data roaming and international calls, while ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and adding value wherever possible.

Bil Ahmed
Sales Support

 Bil has over 18 years’ experience working within the Telecoms, Connectivity, Mobile markets as a new Business Consultant and as a Corporate Account Manager.

 

He identifies challenges that customers face within their current ICT services, understands their needs and pain points and proposes cost savings and future proof solutions to meet their current and future needs.

Ali Gannon
Accounts Assistant

Ali dealing with all the invoicing and general accounts enquiries.  She also ensures the finance function is running smoothly and everything is fully up to date, while liaising with the customer to resolve any issues that they may have.

Robert Stinton
IT Specialist

With a strong background in IT Systems, Robert ensures smoother business operations by making technology work better for people and businesses.  He loves a technical challenge and as IT is always changing, Robert is continuously learning, something which he enjoys learning.  He also enjoys the role Cyber Security plays in the modern world and how IT applies to this.
