From food and bedding supplies to important guest notices and small signs, they have everything covered.Optimised connectivity is vital and we were appointed to deliver a leased line to their business premises.
The History
We’ve been working with Out of Eden for a few years now. They were looking to make the switch from BT to a new communications provider and needed to install a leased line to improve their connectivity. Unlike broadband, it isn’t shared by multiple third party users. It’s a dedicated internet connection that always offers high connectivity and a fixed bandwidth, making it an essential solution for any business.
What We Did
BT initially made the leased line installation quite problematic, namely placing a line in the incorrect location. This delayed the project, but we worked closely with the team to get a resolution as quickly as we could. We understand that managing third parties can be part and parcel of delivering a successful outcome, and this was no different. Our support team were on hand to handle any queries and push things along as quickly as was possible.

The Result
A leased line was only the beginning …
We’re currently working with the team to take over their SIP traffic and we’re also providing broadband for another of their sites. Mobile phones are part of the whole package we’re delivering too.
We keep the pricing structure simple, so when several services are delivered it’s easy to understand and it’s all from one provider – Zusi.
